Well relax! You’ve come to the right place.   I can help ease the fear you are going through.   Buying your first home can be a scary experience. You are bombarded with all kinds of unfamiliar words, steps and deadlines.  Your purchase experience should be a happy excitement, not a B-Rated horror flick.

     I will walk you through each step of the process.  From start to finish.  I’ll explain the contract, how a mortgage works, what is involved in closing the transaction, and everything in between.  If you have a question or concern, I’m only a phone call away.  My job is to make the transaction go as smoothly as possible and keep you informed of all aspects of the transaction.   I have a fiduciary responsibility as your Buyer's Agent is to represent YOU and look out for YOUR best interests.   The best part is, that it normally doesn’t cost buyers anything to use my services as a Buyer’s Agent.  I typically get paid through an agreement between brokerages, not by you.

     The number one greatest concern of new home buyers is related to dollars and cents.  Can I afford this home?  Am I paying too much?  Can I qualify for a mortgage? These are questions that I can help you with.  I will break down estimated monthly costs and analyze local market value for you.
